Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to cancel your order and return items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them, in line with UK consumer law.
Items must be returned unworn, unused, and with all original sales tickets attached. Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are not available for items that are returned outside the 14-day period or are not in a resalable condition.
For purchases made in-store, we do not offer refunds. We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unworn and have all sales tickets attached.
